The fourth day of the Wing Foil course is the foil-up, the combination and consolidation of everything you have learned previously, once the basic navigation is under control, you will learn to brake with the board, to sail on both the sides against the "up-wind" wind with the correct position of the body, the wing and to keep the speed of the foil under control during navigation. You will learn to put your feet in the footstraps and be an independent Wing Foiler. At this point you can rent the material independently and continue practicing alone or with our supervision. Or you can also access our Advanced Wing courses where we will teach you more advanced techniques.
Level 4:
- Brake with the board on the foil.
- Keep the body in the correct position and orientation while sailing.
- Navigate against the wind, up-wind.
- Put your feet in the footstraps and remove them.
- Correct your position while sailing.
- Change basic direction
- Go downwind .
- Practice both directions.
- Sail against the wind in both directions.

The duration of the course is 2, 3 or 4 hours. According to the chosen mode.

It is undoubtedly one of the options that we recommend to all beginners who come alone or with friends, to enjoy this experience together with other people . .

The Wing Surf Foil small group course includes a maximum of 2 people with an instructor who follows the 2 people exclusively. Each student will have their own complete outfit: wetsuit, leash, flotation vest, helmet and a set of wings for both students. It is undoubtedly an option that we recommend at all levels, to live this experience more intensely and with the security of having constant supervision from the instructor. To choose this type of course, a minimum of two participants, friends or partners are required.

The semi-private Wing Surf Foil course includes a maximum of 2 people with an instructor who follows the 2 people exclusively. Each student will have their own complete material: neoprene, leash, life jacket, helmet, 2 boards and 2 wings, one per person. Without a doubt it is a very intensive option and adaptable to all levels. Whether there are 2 people with the same level or different levels, this is the most recommended option, so that everyone can progress individually. You can also choose this course if you are alone, we will take care of placing you in a semi-private course with another student.

Wing Foil course for children
The Wing Surf Foil course for children includes a maximum of 1 student with their own instructor. This course is aimed at children aged 6 to 14, where the basic program is followed with some modifications based on the age of the student. All our teachers have followed a Wing Foil course focused on the little ones following a specific methodology according to the psychology of those ages. We have specially adapted all the material available for the little ones: wing, board, foil, wetsuits, flotation jackets and helmet.
