On the third day of the Wing course you will practice "Pumping" or "Foil Up" and navigation. The "pumping" and sailing on the "Foil Wing" is the most difficult part for a beginner, but with our method and our adapted teaching material, you will be able to plan and glide on the water with the board in just three simple steps and you will start to enjoy this sport. In the exercises you will learn to coordinate the correct movement of the wing, create speed, body position and maintain balance on the wing while sailing.
Level 3:
- Go out with the board.
- Start "Pumping" to get the board out of the water and get on the foil
- Sailing on the right foil when crossing.
- Sailing on the left foil when crossing.
- Constant traction of the moving wing in both quadrants with closing and opening of the sail.
- Sailing constantly in both directions.
- Know the navigation priority.
- Get speed on the board with the foil.
- Stop and reduce the speed on the foil

The duration of the course is 2, 3 or 4 hours. According to the chosen mode.

The Wing Surf Foil small group course includes a maximum of 2 people with an instructor who follows the 2 people exclusively. Each student will have their own complete outfit: wetsuit, leash, flotation vest, helmet and a set of wings for both students. It is undoubtedly an option that we recommend at all levels, to live this experience more intensely and with the security of having constant supervision from the instructor. To choose this type of course, a minimum of two participants, friends or partners are required.

The semi-private Wing Surf Foil course includes a maximum of 2 people with an instructor who follows the 2 people exclusively. Each student will have their own complete material: neoprene, leash, life jacket, helmet, 2 boards and 2 wings, one per person. Without a doubt it is a very intensive option and adaptable to all levels. Whether there are 2 people with the same level or different levels, this is the most recommended option, so that everyone can progress individually. You can also choose this course if you are alone, we will take care of placing you in a semi-private course with another student.

Wing Foil course for children
The Wing Surf Foil course for children includes a maximum of 1 student with their own instructor. This course is aimed at children aged 6 to 14, where the basic program is followed with some modifications based on the age of the student. All our teachers have followed a Wing Foil course focused on the little ones following a specific methodology according to the psychology of those ages. We have specially adapted all the material available for the little ones: wing, board, foil, wetsuits, flotation jackets and helmet.
