We recommend the Wing Freeride Basic course if you have a good level of navigation and want to learn the different changes of direction and improve your navigation position. We will help you correct the correct position of your body, board and wing, to maintain constant control while you are foiling and changing direction in any wind condition. We also teach you how to change your feet in the footstraps in the most comfortable and fastest way and you will also learn to surf from the hell-side. In Wingfoil there are many types of changes of direction without having to stop and start changes, in our courses we teach you all of them!
